There are three ways for a company to get listed on HRium:
A. HRium lists all multinational companies with offices in any of the MEA countries
B. HRium will get from its network of connections recommendations for listing local companies that are well established and known as a quality service provider in its field
C. A company can always ask to be listed provided that it can have recommendations from five of its clients for the quality of service it provides
How HRium will help non-HR professionals?
HRium provides information that could be of interest to both employees and employers even if they do not deal with HR matters:

B. Get to know in one click about new legislations and trends in the employment market
C. Get to know about events that might be of interest to you

What kinds of trainings are listed on HRium?
HRium focuses on HR related trainings and programs and lists courses related to soft skills and management competencies development.
Technical and non HR related courses could not be found on this site. However, you might be able to find a provider of such courses on HRium under the training companies section.
What kinds of Forums and events are listed on HRium?
HR conferences and forums will be our main target also job fairs and recruitment forums will also be listed on HRium because they are of interest to most visitors on our site.
Is HRium a substitute to job boards and resumes databanks?
By listing HR and key management vacancies, HRium is facilitating a job hunt for HR professionals and hiring activities for employers. However, the objective of HRium is not to replace or compete with job sites as it will not be listing junior and non-HR roles, to the contrary, HRium will be listing the job boards under the recruitment section.
What kind of Books and References are listed on HRium?
International HR books that are considered a reference are listed in addition to new and changes to labor laws and legislations in any of the Middle East countries as well as studies and surveys conducted by a recognized party in the Middle East.

What happens when I ask to be listed?
Requests to list companies, jobs, training, books or any other information on HRium will be forwarded to the site administrator who will check the validity of the received information and approve it as he/she might see appropriate.
What happens when I apply to a job posting?
Candidates who apply to a specific job vacancy will be asked to attach their resume to the application form. The employer who posted the vacancy will receive and screen applications. HRium will not be intervening in the process between the applicant and the employer. Accordingly, we will not be able to reply to any update request received from candidates.
How much does the subscription to this site cost?
Companies’ subscriptions for 2012-2013 are free of charge. Any decision to apply subscriptions charges beyond December 2013 will be communicated to the concerned subscribers 3 months ahead of time.
